(Okay -- I will get "sucked in" and discuss solar energy stocks here.) ......................... The biggest, most obvious fear that I have always had regarding investing in solar power / wind power / Al Gore type stuff in general is ............ Almost all products / devices that you hear about in these areas make NO ECONOMIC SENSE AT ALL (on their own, without subsidies from our (idiotic) government.) If one is afraid that MAYBE the mood of the country will force a swing AWAY from funding / subsidizing these things, one would never dare to own shares of companies in these businesses. Jon.
