now not only will you be paying an additional and necessary 60 to 90 days of UE, but you will disincentivise they new employee from doing as good a job as possible because he knows he's protected somewhat by the employer getting taxpayer money to continue to employ the new hire. the government should simply stay out of the market. it's not the job of the government to take care of us.
