I answered the question. Geithner is not an idiot. I don't hold him or any Fed chief responsible for the banks and their BS. Its Bush who is the culprit.

With Wall Street and their CDOs, I consider the SEC and Bush responsisble.

Those are what the facts justify. Anything else is ideological BS.
