If one is fully invested, its usually pretty hard to generate cash for "the next big dip," since one's buying power is usually affected negatively by the dip (:>)

However, I was encouraged by the markets response today. If the emplyment numbers had been better, I think we would have been down considerably less. I know there is a lot of money waiting to come into the markets. Would not be surprised to see new highs on the Dow over the next few months. Nor would I be surprised not to. (:>)
