Probably, because he's like most money managers: 1/ They seem to follow the herd of analysts. 2/ They're buying while they're bad-mouthing. 3/ They're worried about the technical charts, momentum, even at the last 20%. 4/ They do the same thing on stocks going up: can't wait to buy more, because they are playing momentum. The last 2 months. A lot of analysts for major stock brokerage companies have been making lousy recommendations- on upgrades and downgrades. Mark
