I always thought I was allergic to some particular spice that upset my system, especially in taco sauce. If I remember correctly, I ate Mexican food two or three times a week for awhile after my loss. Still go to our favorite Mexican restaurant monthly and to Taco Bell for good tasty tacos for lunch weekly.

Just got a call from Dr. on my recent blood tests. Stated all levels were just great. Cholesterol LDL was 68. Total good and bad was 184. Whoopee, changed from Zorcor to Lipitor and it did make a great difference for me. Took a long time for me to convince Dr. I needed to change, but he finally agreed to it.
