What a bullshit story. First he entices the readers to believe he will actually get a tour of the depository and then all he gets from the Fed is a PDF file which just about creams his jeans. Amazing journalism. It is all really a facade. When was the last time this gold inventory was audited? What is there to hide for something protected by 80 feet of overburden and 60 tons of steel encasement ? All I know is the political resistance to open the books on the Fed and it's inventory of gold reserves smells of something wanting to remain quiet. One must not Disturb the order in the Universe.
