i posted the picture so you could see how proud clinton was to sign that bill...

The funny part of this scenario you keep running by me is that even if the law had been in place it would have made little difference under Bush. Gov't regulation were dirty words under Bush. And there was plenty of evidence of that prior to the 2008 economic collapse.

So then, why did you vote for Bush.........TWICE?
