This type of class action always baffles me because it is on behalf of those who bought, and not those who owned, but failed to sell based on the alleged misrepresentation. If they included those other people, that would be all shareholders, and it would be obvious that they're just hitting up the company for their own benefit since extracting money from the company for all shareholders isn't exactly efficient from a business point of view.
