Sub-saharan Africa has never launched a human being more than a few feet off the ground. That non-miraculous feat was only accomplished by leg-powered jumping. Sub-saharan Africans simply do not have the intelligence required to conceive of, design, and engineer a rocket, an airplane, a car, or the fuels and infrastructures required to support such technological devices.
Sub-Saharan Africa has never developed concrete, air conditioning, indoor plumbing, a written language, or anything else beyond the stone age. Ergo, why would anyone expect Barack Hussein Obama to understand, much less favor, space exploration?
Barack knows how to steal, read a teleprompter, smoke drugs, and have homosexual sex with a gay drug addict. That's about all he is good for.
Nature never intended for him to live in civilization, much less to lead the free world. Barack is a token of his masters, nothing more.
