I've got to chime in here.

You simply are not addressing the real concern with Tim's failure to pay.

The fact that he did or did not pay after NOTICE from the IMF IS NOT THE ISSUE(which BTW, from my understanding was not Tim's first notice of tax responsibility for his IMF wages...and allegedly he signed a document confirming he understood his personal responsibility in paying said tax).

The point is that TIM IS THE KIND OF MAN THAT CHEATS ON HIS TAXES AND NOW IS THE TOP DOG OVERLORD OF THE IRS.
