The company should have a one-time large dividend before the taxes on dividends go up January 1st. That probably wouldn't happen until it can bring cash back to the states, exp. since foreign cash exceeds domestic cash. I doubt Washington will respond to entreaties to change the laws to encourage bringing the cash back before the dividend tax rate goes up.
