It's value hasn't increased to us. It's costing us money through Flo. We'll realize the value when it's sold.

It's on the books as an asset? What is the difference if it is cash or not?

I'm cool with selling it as the incentive to dump FLO. But if you ask me, spectrum is likely to increase in value, they ain't making too much more of it.

I hope Q repeats this aspect of the FLO "debacle" over and over again (sans FLO), around the world as spectrum becomes available.

Why wouldn't buying up and renting spectrum could turn out to be a huge money maker?

Nokia just announced a bid to build a $7 billion data network in the US. How many providers around the world have that kind of start up capital?
