Roland, Did you read the Nasdaq release like 2 weeks ago ? It stated that if the merger failed they would be delisted. In the proxy it stated that if the merger failed to go thru MAMO ends up in bankruptcy and ANMR as a debtor gets its share of the assets. It'll go thru, trust me. ...Sean
