Don't know -- the authorized generic issue has been discussed in the past buy I forget the consensus. On the legal front, I'm sure if there's anything sny can do to delay launch, they'll do it. But I don't think they have much chance of any permanent relief. Lots of folks more qualified than me on these questions, pretty sure we'll get some more posts...
