Adrian, Bull----. S3 management has taken the money, and this legal alternative is a way to reclaim some of those losses. I urge all shareholders, past and present, who fall in the various class action periods, to vigorously pursue the class action, by contacting the lead attorneys ASAP. It is in your best interest. And another thing Adrian, ever hear of "Directors' Insurance"? If not, do some DD. Good Litigating! LF
