The Natco product is a Copaxone knockoff, but it's not chemically identical to branded Copaxone or even especially close, IMO. In many emerging markets like India, these kinds of branded generics are big-selling drugs; that's why several Big Pharma (e.g. ABT) have recently shelled out significant money to participate.
