Max, pretty much so that they can buy, buy, buy. Just a month or two ago we thought the high for the year was in, now pretty much beginning to think lows of the year are in. The wheels have fallen off and we are running on the axles. The powers that be are so inept and I apologize to all things inept that they should be hung, and I mean from all the fearless leaders to all their shills including anyone on CNBC! ATIDK!!!!!! (And that I do know)
