Hi Jan!

I don't know that I trust anything management says at this point but in the press release they said "... the bulk of the revenue from that existing inventory to be recognized during the 4th quarter of 1997"

IF this is true and without debating how much they consider to be "the bulk" I don't know that I'm going to get as excited as some. This is a timing difference which I can live with IF "the bulk" does actually show up in the 4th quarter. Wouldn't this mean 4th quarter will be up 14 to 29 cents?

What I want is a good estimate of what, as they put it, "...moves off the distributors shelves..." in the 4th quarter that wasn't previously reported. Should we assume the already downward adjusted 4th quarter numbers were based on improper recognition also? I'm not making side bets either way. :)My aveage cost is 8 6/8, I'm thinking I'll ride it out.

I also noticed the second class action release. Alot of good that will do. Lawyers siphoning off money is loads of help. I did notice the class period for Vulture2 vs S3 is for a longer period. This one includes year end. Why didn't they name the CPA firm that performed the year end audit of S3 as a defendant? Or did they?
