My plans are coming together too. I should be out of here by next spring easy. People flooding up here from the depression below, so inventories of houses are dropping fast and prices are rising fast. I expect this trend to continue. We also have no land left to build on for all practical purposes.

I have 17 acres of flat land listed for 3 million, only good large piece left. That would be a nice sale.

Same with the weather. This is the second year of record warm and dry. We also had no winter. Usually the snow on the mountains lasts all year, so the afternoon breezes coming off the mountains have a chill; but this year the snow was gone by early summer, so even in the afternoon, the breezes have no chill. First summer ever without the chill. Strange.

You realize this is all about global warming. What most people are not grasping is that we may have past the tipping point. And that the heat if it just rises 6 degrees will most likely cause massive death and disruption to the world civilization and could even end up extincting large numbers of animals, like us-lol.

The extra heat is melting the methane hydrates in the arctic. Methane is 25 times the greenhouse gas of carbon dioxide. The first three feet have something like 100 billion tons of methan in the arctic.

During the Permian age that is what extincted 95% of all life on earth. Volcanoes raised the temperature 5 degrees which melted the methane hydrates which raised the temperatrue another 5 degrees and that was it.

And we humans are too stupid to see it.

Anyway, by next summer we hit the road.
