David, I will flame you so GaBard does not have to... You are a schmuck, for a variety of reasons. Maybe you need a spell checker (Congrads is actually congrats -- we have a saying in the Army for people like you -- I cannot print it here out of decency) You treat these stocks like IBM -- that will make you a loser every time. The rules do not apply down here -- I have never seen them apply to a penny stock -- never. These MMs do whatever they want and get away with it. There are some rules they cannot break -- GaBard has layed some of those out for you and others -- he is correct and you are mistaken.
