The pipeline is not in the interests of Canada or the U.S.

It should not be built.

The U.S.needs the oil and it can be delivered without putting the coast at risk or selling a valuable substance to China. Or it can be conserved for Canada's use.

Looks to me like everyone's best interests (except the Chinese) are against it. The Inner Passage is already polluted with tourist feces and plastic bags.
