I have an old version Sony ( 4 years) carbon fibre body and it has performed very well. IMHO the Mac I think is like religion, economic justification is hard to make and if I remember the stats correctly, its repair record is no better than many brands. I have many colleagues who have gone Mac and they enjoy it but then they all run Windows on their Mac !
