Bob I have to agree with you on your observations regarding good news followed by down ticks. But if you have a hunch as to their next move why don't you share it? that is what this thread is all about. You seem to have an affinity for small caps so that would make you as credible if not more than most of us. The fact remains that the fundamentals of this company are perplexing. There is a next move, there has to be. I just hope its a positive one. I am probably wrong about this too but my hunch is that eventually the hunter (ISGI) is going to be the hunted. No Offense Bob but I have to add that the fact that paine webber would go through the trouble of becoming a registered MM for a penney stock because a broker in Colo. trades it. needs further explanation for me to buy that. I am not questioning you, I am questioning PW answer. I have a couple of friends who have been with PW in NYC for years I will call today and see if they can dig up anything.
