Volume has tapered off in OXHP and I have to think that those people and institutions who sell stocks when they go down (how do they make money?) are pretty much out and the rest have decided to weather the storm by staying in. I expect this stock to build a new base here while the rest of the market is very volatile and then take off sometime in the next few months as the company and the rest of the market start getting the damage back under control.

Having said that, I do think that further serious bad news could drive it easily to the teens and that makes this a risky play. No, shareholder suits come with the territory, and I don't consider them new bad news. On the upside, as I've posted before, for better or worse, most major contracting should be complete by now and the core business intact through 1998.

Good strength today, and excellent close.
