What good is this lawsuit! How about the fact that I bought before those dates, and I didn't sell because things seemed good. How about that?
If the numbers were shown correctly, then I would have had the chance to sell and minimize my loss a long time ago. I would have been able to get rid of S3 at about $18.
Yes, I own shares that were bought above $18.
This lawsuit does not seem to help people like me. :(
It shouldn't matter when you bought.
Buying in 1996 should count, and so should in 1995.
Why, because people did not sell, thinking things were going well.
I need a lawsuit to help with that.
