Looks like a good buy. Technicals don't show much, except that momentum (MACD) seems to be building positively. I don't follow ACTL real closely, so I don't know what industry/competitive effects might be keeping it down. Anybody know? Apparently, its October report that showed an end to 9 consecutive quarters of record revenues precipitated the decline. I see support at 15...looks as good a place as any to buy-in. Glenn
