There was a story that said Los Zetas took over a couple ranches in Laredo. Two different things Mo. To the even slightly informed, it is believable. If you don't follow the news, it would be easy to disregard. Phoenix has the second highest kidnapping rate in the world. Ranchers have been murdered by drug traffickers. Every week there are massacres of dozens of people just across the border from the US. Parts of Arizona are "no go" zones, because of cartels. Los Zetas taking over a ranch is completely plausible if you don't have your head up your bum and read a lot of border news.
