This thread is just too much.

Leo, the Bear, is buying VVUS.

TA, the rabid Bull, doesn't own the stock and "won't touch it here."

I expect to see a White Rabbit running by any time now who is late for the Mad Hatter's tea party. We are definitely through the looking glass.

Per, I think that the upsurge in price was nervous short covering, but buying is buying. We may not be at the bottom but at least we can see it from here.

Just remember, a transaction in the market only can occur when two parties disagree on the value of a share. ie. If they both think $30 cash is worth more than the share then the share will not change hands. We have to have the seller thinking $30 cash is worth more and the buyer thinking the share is worth more. Two parties disagree and time and the market will prove one of them wrong.

While I therefore think that disagreement is essential to the market process and these boards would not exist without it, I have to protest personal attacks and derision which may drive people to not present their information or opinions here. I think that treating fellow posters poorly is censorship in it's worst form, a priori restraint.

If we can't lose or win without losing our sense of humor and decency, then we are no longer Players, just losers.
