Marshall,
Nice to have you back. RAIN is just treadingn water until after the
secondary. God how I hate secondaries. In any event, I'm going to
call Montgomery Securities today and see if I can find out when the
secondary will be finished. My view re the fundamentals is this;
a) The next earnings release will reflect some of the Disney business
and a full quarter of Gurnee Mills and therefore should look very good.
b) I think at that time management will give some indication that
expansion will be speeded up. Both of these things should have
positive effect on the stock. From a TA point of view I see no problem. I wish I could say the same about DANB. Marshall I know
you own this stock and god knows I wish you nothing but success,
however, the chart on this stock looks bad, very bad. My charting
service TC2000 shows massive dumping of this stock. Now I don't
know how reliable this is but it has often been reliable in the past.
I am a FIRM believer that charts will show a problem with a company often long before that problem becomes factored into fundamental
analysis. I hope you make a million bucks on this stock and that I'm
totally wrong about my gut feelings.
I will check out ATIS this very day.
Where did Dennis go anyway? I thought this was going to be like a
ten day seminar or something like that.

Regards,

Terry
