My friend, you are so wrong!! Zonagen raised private placement capital through Paramount twice. There isn't anything about this company I don't know. Have only been involved with them for almost three years. On a daily basis. Started at $3.75 @ share and still holding AND buying. You think I know what I'm doing? When they finally did the secondary, they went with a winner. Check the prospectus and see who participated in the selling group. Then come back and tell me they didn't turn anyone down. As for Genesis Merchant, they were never considered. Why go with the Vivus firm. Would be rather stupid, wouldn't it? And how come the Genesis Merchant Vivus guru left the firm two weeks ago?
