Re: the Matsushita licensing agreement. I note that this is the first licensing agreement Iomega has entered into. Prior OEM partners have all been buying the drives from Iomega and reselling them.

I further note that the agreement is not stated to include the disks. Therefore, Iomega will still be getting the profits from the sales of disks to users of Panasonic (and other brands) Zip drives.
