I never said it started with Bush. Rather, it escalated under Bush but its been going on since Reagan. For 30 years, the rich have gotten rich at the expense of the lesser classes in this country. Its gotten so out of control, CEOs make more in an hour than most people make in a year or 5 years. We have a problem, Houston!
