But is their WEALTH increasing ("Net" <g>) at a faster rate still then any 'transfers' away from them? (Hint: it would not be increasing *at all* if transfers away from them exceeded their incoming wealth. <g>)

And, is their wealth increasing at a FASTER RATE then all the other traunches of the population (<regardless of whatever is being transferred by taxes and expenses and such)?

I.E., (after all 'transfers'... 'NET' of all) is their wealth increasing faster, decreasing faster, or matching the rates that apply to the other traunches?

That is what we started with: the relative RATE of wealth accumulation for the various groups. (Who is gaining at the faster rate.... The bottom line.)
