Economical development was based on land subdivision. Land value went up with jobs, and people got rich to improve standard of living, so they buy cars, clothing and food.

Today the development is based on information transfer speed. Telephone companies using simultaneous data channels to have business conducted ASAP by computers using 500edgeQam or 1000edgeQam multiplexers. These multiplexers will change big iron data centers to low powered system of packet converters to redirect data packets for cheap and speedy data transfer.

Most of US data centers need immediate 500edgeQam multiplexer installations, and add ondemand servers same as cableTv plants. Big iron servers use the old PC architecture, which now will changed to DSP to handle analog/digital mixed signals for data compression. And USB channels will lead all the way to DSP hypertransport pipelines(75ghz serial data speed) in the cpu. The infrastructure is built into Ralink USB WiFi/n 16/64edgeQam channeling on tablets or smartphones bonded by subscription carriers.

In a few more years, cloud computing will be done on very small and efficient devices such as tablets/smartphones. You do business online and delivery will be postage paid. The delivery system and money transfer pipelines had been worked out in the last ten years, its free or low cost(3%) money transfer, secure and easily fast then cheap delivery by light weight bubble pack package system.

Now jobs are created anywhere you live, and income can come from anywhere on earth?
