Sure hope the Steaks are cooked to Perfection in the 4th, even though it takes a longer time!

IMHO, this El Nineo 'warm weather' is great for more restaurant Profits to build above same period last year. Agree??

Now!...if they can just see the Beef prices come down a little more than the slight increase this past year.
