It's not crystal clear to me, but there are enough signs there to stay away or at least play it very lightly from the long side here. There time will come, but since very little of the debt overhang has been cleared from the housing bubble, we've got another big leg down coming on nearly everything. Gold will not be spared, nor other commodities. Eventually the dollar will get it, but probably not on this leg but instead on the next and that's when I want to be long. I'm short now (a little bit). Miner shorts are tempting, but the POG hasn't really broken in a way that's completely convincing. I'm thinking stuff with copper/silver exposure may do worse (i.e, FCX).
