Ousted USDA employee Sherrod plans to sue blogger news.yahoo.com This should set an interesting precedent. The progressives are famous for taking excerpts of recordings to paint conservatives in a negative light. Considering that Breitbart didn't say she was a racist, but was showing that the NAACP audience applauded racist statements, she is going to have a tough time proving defamation. Interesting that she doesn't want to sue the NAACP and the USDA. Conservatives win either way. If she wins against breitbart, it will make it very dicey for progressives to use out of context excerpts to make their point. If she loses, hooray for the 1st amendment.
