Sure: the post-war "American Miracle" with the emergence of the Middle Class.

Same effect happening NOW in Brazil, China, India, etc. --- some of the fastest growing economies on the planet.

And, evidence proving that the effect works in both directions? That massively PLUTOCRATIC wealth distributions produce more rigid and fragile economies, with lower sustained rates of growth are probably too numerous to even list (since their have been *so many* Plutocratic societies down throughout the long annals of history --- starting with pretty much any of the ancient Empires) yet can easily still be seen TODAY at various places around the world!
