Jesse; I had similar problems with IE4 previews and final. Reboot to DOS in safe mode and optimize with QEMM97. I have had to do that a couple of times due to IE4 lockups. QEMM 97 saved me each time! There should be the beta of REAL HELP around soon. Hope it is the RealHelp that QDECK needs. :-) Mark
