The percentage of the fiscal pie that belongs to the rich has grown larger at a faster rate than the lesser classes. That means their percentage of the total pie has grown larger. Money is getting redistributed to the rich. When a person MAKES money it really isn't what you'd call "redistribution". It is "earning". "Redistribution" is when the government takes your money and gives it to someone who didn't earn it.
