Steve,
Have you considered the implication for margins of implementing BTO? Sales out of inventory increase margins, until BTO implementation is complete, then margins return to normal levels. Will Compaq margins drop when BTO implementation is complete and will CPQ drop when margins return to normal? Or will investors understand?
