Temp..Could you clarify your statement "A lot said in the S-1 of which a lot is rehash except for the 3.1 million shares."

The April S-1 filing was 3,103,750 shares. The S1-A filed Oct 1, which is an amendment to the April S-1, shows the same 3,103,750 shares. My question is is this a different 3.1 million shares or put another way, what is the exception?
