Yes. I think this is a realistic estimate.
The Company claims to have 8 Million fixed overhead per year and 15% margins.
If the Company does 15m in Q3 and 21 in Q4 then (roughly):

Rev Gross Profit Fxd Expenses EBIT

15m 2.25m 2m $250,000 Q3
21m 3.15m 2m $1,150,000 Q4

I think this is realistic and also good.
