This is theory based on 4 years of Pavlovian thought. People who buy dips will eventually find that the puts you speak of are very expensive, and the dips are but steps on the way down... ....that is what I think, that is what I've said since July, I may be wrong but I have yet to see the breakout that you optimists keep predicting.
