"IPO" shares (confusing term) are in this mix and wrapped up in the Shell restriction so I was trying to figure out their cost basis. Everyone is focusing now on $0.80 when in fact many shares are substantially lower

The quicker way would be to have an original owner post the particulars but I understand the hesitancy to share that info-- but it doesn't mean they don't exist and/or have no bearing on the Float-- quite the contrary.

Yeah-- got the S-1; was trying to connect back to JBI shareholders via private company. Thought I read possibly subscriptions and a price, but could be wrong. No worries-- know/knew you were better than I at digging so I thought I would ask.

Thanks for the reply

Yes but the Ontario (private) Corp had the shareholders identified as receiving shares in that S-1.

Would need to step back 1 corp-level in documentation to see what the original Ontario Corp shareholders paid for their shares. That is what I am curious of...

He was kind enough to do so because I asked him to because it is relevant to shares caught up in "Shell status" being restricted for 1 year that appear to be at a lower cost basis than $0.80

John Bordynuik Inc (private), Ontario Corp had shareholders-- we know of at least one Private Placement (thank you for reposting that Reseller Mike as it was exactly what I was thinking I saw)

Those shareholders, turned into John Bordynuik Inc (public), Delaware Corp via a reverse merger with Expedite 2

John Bordynuik (individual) purchases 310 Holdings and then buys assets from John Bordynuik Inc (public), Delaware Corp
