Commander Am on the phone with Schwab right now. We are looking at the CBOE website for weeklies: cboe.com Listing for a particular underlying security can appear and disappear - usually on anticipated news/earnings. General interest is building in the weeklies. When pre-market option trading was introduced there was a big hype, but there was never a single trade. So weeklies might not last, but that seems unlikely. Schwab is moving to offer them but it won't be until November at the earliest. I might implement my strategy in late October using the regular Nov contracts, e.g. buy puts and calls on Nov CHKs. We did find weeklies on these issues: XON, POT, RIG, USO,
