Constitution doesn't mean squat to the communists running DC now. Health care was "deemed" to have passed without a vote. Obama confiscates two of America's largest car companies away from their owners. Liberties we use to enjoy such as vehicles, health care, housing, banks, are all now run from Central Planning. Where have you been Jim? lol
