of an earnings disappointment: a harpy to gloat,
insult and/or frighten...anything to rock the boat
or,
she insinuates herself into a conversation,
expecting to vindicate herself ( impossible)
from any number of understandably snide remarks
made to her in the past.

but, when adversity rears its ugly little head,
that is when she is truly finds pleasure.

i would caution you to ignore her completely.
