Weakening dollar is a relative term, I guess. Most developed countries have major issues. Emerging ones may be ok but they depend on the robustness of the developed countries for exports.

So almost everyone is in trouble. Dollar may not weaken to the worst level as many picture because still it is the most stable currency. The man without a finger is the King amongst everyone without hands.
